Silent Film “Love” at the Coleman Theatre

The Coleman Theatre presents the 1927 silent romance drama “Love,†starring Greta Garbo as Anna Karenina, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020. This silent film presentation will feature Coleman House Organist Dennis James, the master of The Mighty Wurlitzer pipe organ. The film is set in Czarist Russia as Anna Karenina falls in love with dashing military officer Count Vronsky, played by John Gilbert, and abandons her husband and child to become Vronsky's mistress.
