Allow yourself to relive romance and enjoy a sentimental journey as the satin voices of The Golden Sounds of The Platters, featuring Eddie Stovall, entertain you with the sounds of Motown’s glory days in a special concert Saturday, Aug. 10, at 7 p.m. This show offers a variety of styles, including Doo Wop and the unique harmonies created by The Platters with such classics as “Only You,” “Smoke Gets in Your Eyes,” “Twilight Time” and “My Prayer.” Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for senior citizens (62 and older) and $10 for students and children.
